EXTENDING PLAYTIME

Building upon the commercial success of the 2008 product line, the second generation of Hot Wheels consumer electronics is built upon the concept of ‘Toy Play’, encouraging interaction with classic 1/64 scale die cast cars. Classic brand icons were used as design inspiration to create products that are unmistakably Hot Wheels.

Lighted car storage compartments, die cast car controls, scale car ‘showrooms’ with spotlights and integrated orange tracks beg kids 4-6 (and adults) to play while inspiring creative thought and imagination. These +play features create an emotional bond between product and child.
